Hi my name is Angela and I am a Clinical Reflexologist - IRC Dip5, CRC (Grad), MAR. 

​My journey into reflexology is both personal and deeply meaningful. As a parent of a disabled child, I understand first-hand the impact that ongoing stress can have on both physical and emotional wellbeing. It was through my own experience of navigating this, and discovering reflexology over 15 years ago, that I found the power of taking time to restore balance and support the body.

That experience shaped my passion for helping others. I truly understand how important it is to have a space to pause, reset, and feel supported. Reflexology has become not just my profession, but something I genuinely believe in, and I feel privileged to be able to help others manage stress and improve their overall wellbeing.

I trained to the highest standard, achieving a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, and I continue to develop my knowledge to support a wide range of individual needs. My approach is rooted in both professional training and lived experience, allowing me to offer treatments with empathy, understanding, and care.
